Setai South Beach

This 40-story oceanfront tower is the residential component of the iconic Setai Hotel, a landmark of luxury and hospitality in Miami Beach, and one of the tallest buildings on the South Beach skyline. Containing one-to-four-bedroom residences, the building has 22 floors of condos, several floors of two-story townhomes, and three floors of penthouses, all with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean or Miami Beach skyline. Completed in 2004, the Setai’s tower was designed by noted South Florida architects Carlos Prio Touzet and Jacqueline Gonzalez Touzet as their first design collaboration before founding their eponymous firm Touzet Studio.

The Setai is a member of the Leading Hotels of the World and is consistently awarded with global accolades, including the Forbes Travel Guide Five Stars, which it has received every year consecutively since 2015. The hotel is famed for its excellent service, which residents will experience on a daily basis as they partake of the many hotel amenities that are available to them. The hotel includes a lavish Valmont spa and health club and an exquisite restaurant and bar. Public spaces, which are located in a restored art deco building built in 1936, are grand and include a central, shaded courtyard with intimate seating areas, and a stately lobby with Asian-inspired architecture. The hotel also has three temperature-controlled beachfront pools, cabanas, and a serviced beach. The Ocean Grill at the Setai is one of the few places in Miami Beach where you can dine right on the beach! Through the connection with the resort, residents at the Setai can also generate income from their units when not at home, through a flexible rental policy.

The many attractions of South Beach are at your feet, including the celebrated Lincoln Road shopping district, the world-class Bass Museum of Art, and of course the glittering shores of the Atlantic Ocean itself.
